Moving labour
Since you aren't actually moving, your best option would be to look into hiring a moving labour service to get your entertainment centre to your rec room. Generally speaking, a two- or three-person crew would show up at your home with all the necessary equipment to get the job done. Usually, this type of service charges by the hour, per crew member.
Piano movers
There's also specialty moving services that are trained to handle many different types of fragile items, like antiques, artwork and pianos. You may want to consider getting in touch with a service like this if your piano is especially fragile and/or very old.
