Summer time is upon us. You need to have a big BBQ party for your family and friends, but you're limited on what to make. Nothing to worry about! If you're a BBQ fiasco like myself, consider these delicious, mouth-watering meals that will appease the masses!
Cooking burgers can be a bargain. Getting the right cooking temperature is also key to your burger, but what can you do to make your burger different than just a plain cheeseburger? Simple. Most burgers are better when they're coated with spices. Sprinkling some paprika, chile, or garlic powder will add that extra zest to your meat. Garnish your meat with onion rings, or use sauteed onions, peppers, or mushrooms to make your guests beg for seconds!
I tend to kick things up a bit when it comes to cooking on my grill. Try grilling easy-to-do BBQ skewers, and assort them with beef, shrimp, pork, and chicken. You can buy recyclable wooden skewer packs from your local food-market. Cut your poultry into cube chunks, and add one individual piece of chicken, shrimp, beef, and pork to each skewer. I tend to add green and red peppers as well as onions in between each piece of meat. Trust me, this is a sure win for your grilling needs.
Buy a slab of pork ribs, a huge fan-favorite, and slather them up with some BBQ sauce. I tend to use pork over beef ribs due to getting more juice and flavor from the pork. Pork also tends to fall off the bone easier, which is much more preferred than trying to chew tougher meat such as beef. You can also marinate your ribs before putting them on a grill with a dry rub coating. Usually powder-based rubs are located at your local food market next to the condiments.
These are one of many options to be the next king of the grill!
