| I booked the centinneal moving company to move my living room furniture 2 months in advance for movers to be at my place at 7 pm on 30th june ,they arrived at 9.15pm as they had to dissemble the sofa and dining table(list already provided to them) they made excuses about weight and things to be moved. They could have cleared any confusion by calling me and confirmed however they decided not to move as they did not have enough time as elevator was only available till 10pm they were informed about their late arrival by security personnel. They left without consent saying they will come on next monday without any explanation due to shortage of time as they were not on time. the customer service rep VICTOR was most uncooperative and said id have to pay 100 extra as they were confused about the list of items i have repeatedly called and written to them they do not even respond and have no explaination as to why the movers were late when the time to move was 7pm to 10 pm and they could not pack and carry in less than an hour so they are responsible for not fulfilling the contract |
