| It was terrible! They demanded payment before doing the job. Borrowed a screwdriver, remove the railings and didn't put them back. Extremely and unecessary rude. They didn't ask any questions when I requested the quote but refused to bring my stuff upset claiming that I didn't give them the right information about the stairs. How do I suppose to know what they need to know!! They "offered" me to leave my stuff on the street if I didn't want to pay extra. When I called the head office, the staff was very rude. BEWARE!! |
