| I booked this company over 2 months in advance for my recent move, and what a huge disappointment! I had no hesitation in booking them, as over 6 years ago they were the only movers that could bing in in my white sofas (delivery from the furniture store), long story short, I live in a townhouse and they had to bring my sofas in through the patio door. I was so impressed with them then that I told them that I would hire them to do my future move...so sure enough, after 6 years we moved. When the day came to my move, they didn't even bother to show up for my it. They called me after being 2 hrs late, telling me that it would only be another 1.5 hrs...that came and went, and after many repeat phone calls to both the movers and their dispatchers (this was 4 pm now), all I kept getting was voicemail and no answers. I left countless voicemails, which no one returned. By 6 pm, we were scrambling to try to book another moving company. So no thanks to them, we found another company. Steer clear of this company as they overbook and cannot be counted to show up on the day of your move! Oh yes, the dispatcher called me the next day asking me 'did everything turn out' and informed me that they didn't do this often???? They shouldn't be doing double bookings at all! I have yet to hear back from their supervisor, in which I had requested them to contact me (this is now day 4) |

It is not fair that people cast doubt on a whole company bases on one incident. I'm not trying to stick up for them because I don't know ow what happened. But I just want you people to know that myname is Dwayne (Big D) I am a driver/crew leader for TSM Toronto. We've been late a couple of times but we always keep our customers in the loop. I've never been afraid to give a customer my number & they're always gonna have a friendly voice if they call the office. Please do local homework on your movers. I don't what it is but we sure get good reviews & repeat business. We're professional & want happy customers.I hope this sheds a new light on moving. Research is key not all movers are legitimate. Also don't forget they might be franchises so look into it. Because you might be reading reviews that were from that companies better franchises. There are also owners that don't care they only want what's important to them $$. Not us don't be shy give us a try |
