| I had advised ASR Movers by email that I had a piano that needed to be moved. ASR Movers sent 2 VERY INEXPERIENCED movers without proper equipment. My quoted price was $295 for 3 hours (including travel time) and it took the 2 movers 1 hour just to move my piano. After that, they moved my boxes one by one to their truck. In the end I was charged 2 extra hours for $75 each hour and they refused to offload my items until I paid. THEY PURPOSELY WORKED AT A SLOW PACE JUST TO EARN MORE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
