| As a person who is on the go all the time, I really dont have time to go online and write reviews. However, being that Chloe was so wonderful to deal with during this stressful move, I promised the company that I would post something following my delivery. I would like to report that I was very happy with the service. We relocated our office and small family condo from Quebed Saint Laurent area to Florida. We are finally retiring. Through no fault of the company there were some delays with closing the new home here and we had no choice but to arrange storage at the last minute. The company was kind enough to place the goods in storage, locate the storage facility and pay for it. Once we were able to have access to our home, they re-arrange delivery and everything went as scheduled. I was extremely impressed with the response times through the company and Chloe was amazing to deal with. We had made changes to our reservation every other day almost and through all of this she was still great to deal with. We have another part of our office to move and Trillium Moving has already started the packing job on that one. Excellent Service! |
