| This moving company is a nightmare! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were convinced by a man named Pat Walsh who works for a company called Relocation Services Canada to use their services as they were better than anyone else and that our move would go smoothly with no problems. We had already set up our move with another company but after talking to Pat Walsh we decided to go with them. We had NO IDEA that this company contracted our move out to smaller moving companies and were not told this at the time we agreed to allow them to do our move. They contracted our move to Les Enterprises Jessen Inc also known as Jessen The Mover also known as Multicites. The whole thing was a nightmare from beginning to end and as I'm typing this I'm still not finished dealing with them. We relocated from Hamilton to Edmonton and were told our belongings would go into storage in Edmonton until we needed them delivered. We were told that they were in fact NOT going to Edmonton as they had told us but were being taken to a storage facility owned by Jessen in Montreal Quebec. The real nightmare started the day after our belongings were picked up in Hamilton Ontario. We had been told that we didn't need to pay anything other than a deposit on the move until our belongings were delivered to us here in Edmonton. The day of the move the guys said not a word about collecting money however Mark Hodess at Jessen called us DEMANDING that we pay the balance of the move immediately or else. |

Scott | Commented on August 24, 2017 at 03 : 51 PM I second the nefarious dealing of Pat Walsh with TLC. TLC = Total Lack of Care. Pat coordinated my move with a company called AMS. These people are scammers. They say one thing, and do another. They smashed my $3000 TV and damaged a dozen other pieces of furniture. Boxes arrived squished and furniture scraped. They were incredibly aggressive and rude and when I filed a complaint, I could never get a human being on the phone. Their emails took weeks in between responses and the check I received to replace the TV? $15. That's right $15. Do not trust these people with your belongings and tell everyone else you know that they're awful, awful human beings. Honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night. |
