| Awful customer service (to the point where they hang up the phone on you), no respect for personal belongings, and you get the run-around from everyone. Was given an estimate, and then sent a bill for over TWICE as much. Also has taken over double the amount of time quoted that they said it would take for my belongings to be shipped, so I have gotten to live in an empty house for a month. The movers broke items in the house that I moved out of, and also did not bring any packing supplies that I payed extra for, and used my linens and things to cover up my furniture. None of this was taken off of the final bill, and acutally, the cost for packing supplies doubled...now how does that make sense? All in al, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
