| This company is terrible. I hired them to move me from Vancouver to Calgary, and store my belongings. After unpacking various items, ALL of my large framed pictures were broken, as well as my framed mirrors. Other items, including my BRAND NEW table, came scratched and dented. My TV stand was broken off INSIDE of the TV, as if someone had dropped it and snapped it in half. Naturally, I was devastated, but the worst part was their reaction. The company denied that ANY of it was their fault, offered no apologies, and have refused to fairly pay for or replace my belongings. I have had to basically call them and email them non-stop to get a response, and when I finally did, the amount they were willing to pay was a slap in the face. I will be contacting the BBB and looking into litigation, as their lack of respect and poor customer service has got to stop. |
