| We had heirloom furniture pieces broken, many (15) boxes lost. One was actually found by Market Place Investigation team but Trillium could not find it themselves nor did they even try to fine the other 15 boxes. The guys picking up were very sloppy workers and did not have the right tools with them to move the washer and dryer properly so almost dropped them going down the stairs, The lead, was very careless about tagging boxes and the second did not wait to hear that the lead had actually tagged them. Probably why 15 boxes were lost in storage after pickup. They were supposed to have a third person to help load but they did not show up for work so instead of calling in another worker, they tried to do it between the 2 of them. The lead person was injured and his back was sore so his due care and attention was generally lacking and got worse after 8 hours of loading. The office has little to no help telling me that I lied when said the inventory sheets were a mess and had double numbers on them. She told I was lying when I said we were missing belongings because everything came out of storage. As I could not check off thee arrival of 15 boxes because they did not arrive, I challenged to explain that and she could not. I have called numerous times and she will not come to the phone. This company is owned by the same person who owns 2 companies that were specifically investigated by Market Place regarding overcharging by increasing the weight on a load. What a sham! |
