| I had everything packed and ready to go and disassembled and they sent 2 slow lazy teens over that took all day on a 2000 square foot house. My move was 6 miles away and it cost me $1300. They wouldn't leave without the cheque and didn't give me an opportunity to check my items before they rushed off. They destroyed my couch and put a huge scratch down the face of my new fridge. Said they were insured but wouldn't call me back when I tried to make a claim. Said I gave them a cheque so too bad. DO NOT USE THEM. Hire friends or teens instead because THATGUYVANLINES will not insure your items or call or return you emails when you try to claim. THEY ARE FRAUDS! |
