| We got a whole story on how these guys don't use third party companies but they do and damaged the majority of our items. Everything was piled without care on top of each other and our boxes were all banged up. The TV was upside down and had chairs on top of it. We asked the movers why this was the case and they said our items had been moved from our home and off loaded to a warehouse where they would then re-load everything once again and these guys don't give a ss*** about how they pack. I had my new borns first outfits all missing and no one seemed to care. Spoke to Alice whom I had been dealing with and she passed me off to Sophia who was in charge of claims.....only to get told our claim wasn't submitted on time ( which it was) and they would cover abosolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We got charged almost $7000 and had no use for most of our furniture was it was badly damaged. I know most people only come on these sites when they are upset, but this company should not be in service. "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS # 1" YA RIGHT!!! Once the money they overcharge you for in their account they do not take responsibility for anything!!!!!!!!!!! I truly am disgusted with their lack of customer service!!!! |
