| DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have had many issues with Mulitcity Movers and it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody to get things resolved. Emails go unreturned and when I call the person who can help me is always "in a meeting". My items were picked up on May 12 and I was told it would take 7-10 days. It is now July 17th and I STILL have not received all of my items!! they keep adding ridiculous additional charges that were not included on my original quote, and they refuse to issue any refunds or help me out in any way. The items that have arrived are damaged, some irreperable, but they will not issue refunds for that either. This place is a total joke. DO NOT USE MULTICITY MOVERS. EVER!!! |
