| Well, they were quite competitive with the quote, that's the reason I went with them. The only area where I saw an issue was that the guys were very late. They were supposed to come in at 11 am and they came at 2 pm and we were waiting from 11 am - 2 pm. The estimate was reasonable and competitive. I would recommend them except for the fact that they really made me wait, without intimation whether they will come or not. Everything was fine but there was a problem with the truck, that's what they were saying, and they said they would be late by one hour and by half an hour and they were making excuses. Just stick to the commitment and that's all and work on the timing and if there is a problem, let the customer know if something goes wrong. |
