| We were given a quote of 3100 to move 43 boxes and that it would only take 4-6 weeks. On the day of pick-up they said it would cost 5598.32. Of course I refused even though we were leaving in two days and didn't have any other options. They brought it down to 3900. Today it is March 18, 2014 and it still has not arrived. We have exchanged over 100 emails with Tony, Darren, John, Guiesspe and whoever is there and they kept apologizing and offering reimbursement for the delay. First it was 500, then 700, then half of the cost of shipping, then the whole cost of the shipping. Of course,despite their promises of its in process, they never sent a single check or made a single deposit to my accounts even though they requested the bank details how many times. Now I find out they have sold the company and I don't know how to track my shipment since they no longer reply to emails and their number is no longer in service. I have made a report with the Vancouver Police and Red Deer Police Departments who are now investigating their theft and fraud. GSSK International Movers is the worse moving company and the people who worked for them should be prosecuted for the crimes they have committed. Its not right to ruin peoples lives just to make a few dollars. They are scum and if there is karma I hope it hits them and their families. |
