| We are very disappointed with the service. Their customer service reps are very ignorant, rude, gave us different information every time we asked the same question, and often withheld information from us. It took 21 days to get our stuff, when we were told 5 to 10 days. I am pretty upset with the whole move. I really don't want to talk about it or dwell on it anymore. When our stuff got picked up, an inventory was done on it. The descriptions of the items were very inaccurate. Some things that were labeled as a box would be on our list as some metal part or something. So they didn't correspond whatsoever, which would make it very difficult when things were delivered damaged, to actually be able to accurately represent what was picked up, what was damaged, and to coordinate that with the list. We did have damages. We are still waiting on some kind of response on our claim form on that. The customer service wouldn't listen because of all the issues we are having communicating with them. So we directly talked to the general manager of the company who also does their claims. The price was not reasonable. Their quote was lot lower almost half of what it came out to be. Comparatively it was a bit more expensive than the rest of the companies. |
