Unfortunately there isn't enough space here for a complete review.
The summary:
My move was outsourced despite a promise it wouldn't be. The pickup was a disaster and went late into the night, and required my physical help.
Delivery was delayed by over 3 weeks and required threats of calling the RCMP to get a date confirmed.
Items were held hostage until I provided payment and signed all the delivery paperwork.
25% of my items (over 1,000 lbs) weren't delivered and most of the furniture and many items in boxes were damaged.
Countrywide Van Lines and the subcontracted Prodigy Enterprises refuse to take responsibility. They have also refused to provide weight scale receipts for the delivery so we can prove the delivery was (or wasn't) 1,000lbs lighter than the pickup.
I don't recommend using Countrywide or their affiliates; Good Ol' Boys and Prodigy Enterprises.
