| SCAM! Do NOT do any business with Troy. Troy's business model depends on them taking advantage of their employees and their customers. You cannot trust what they say; not even their sweet sales people. Pay a bit more for a reputable moving company, and do not fall for this "family business" line they use to lure you in. The less interaction you have with Troy, the better. I filed a reasonable $2,500 claim for damages, and they offered us $75 in return.
Based on our entire experience, door to door (i.e. not just a single "slip up"), I really find it hard to believe that the other reviewers here truly had a positive experience.
It's an embarrassment to our society that companies like this are allowed to operate. |
