| As on the first e-mails,it seemed to be "serious"but i was totally wrong! After taking the deposit,they did not give a shit about what was going on?I had to call around 30 times,suddenly.everytime i said my name.the 'managaer"Erin was always busy or never there to answer anything! I sent everything from Brussels 28 boxes including 12 big luggages,and all was weighted in front of me in Belgium,so i had 570kg,which is not even 1332pounds,when i finally got it,one box was missing,i even had 6-8 luggages less,and they counted 2240pounds!!??Seems that they got heavier after all?????,i went to Calgary on the 11th of July,and i just got a phone call from the driver in the evening late,when i was already back to Quebec!specially for this,and they let me waiting the whole time for it,So,one price was given before the delivery, around 740CAD,in the end i had to pay 1432+ 100 CAD i had pay already through my credit card!and after all the complaints i made on the phone,which all of the workers that talked to me,when they did not put on hold for at least 30 minutes each time,they were laughing,making fun of me,as a customer,a new one,I will NEVER EVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE! PUT YOUR HANDS OFF FROM THEM!THEY DO NOT RESPECT ANYBODY! THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANYONE,THEY JUST TAKE YOR MONEY AWAY,nothing,Erin,Matt,and all the rest were completely unprofessional,and a shame to be a Canadian enterprise!
