| I had worst experience ever with Greenland Van Lines. They gave misleading information - all what they stated in estimate e-mail they didn't do. Pick-up was late, delivery were 29 days, they couldn't provide scale ticket, they were rood on a phone, they added extra charges, didn't return calls or responded to e-mails. After all the complains and demands to provide scale ticket they send revised invoice but charged my credit card the biggest amount - which was $300 extra and after that didn't respond at all. It is not stress free, smooth delivery. It's unfair business with terrible attitude to the client. |
