| I calld Hoyts and was given a quote of 1200. After they picked up the items I got a call telling me the items weighed more then he thought so now if I want our things it was going to cost 2200, no other choice. When items were deleverd the workers unloading items ( 2 workers were same who picked items up but different driver ) they noticed 3 boxes were soaked and we opened them and a lot of damage to items inside. One worker also noticed a chip out of the Hutch from dinning room set. The worker told me that another worker helped load items and he had a bottle of water he must have spilled. I called Hoyts and was told I did not have insurence, nothing was ever mentioned about this befor move. The worst thing about this was they never even said they were sorry. I have put this story on Facebook and I will be putting it on every site and media I can NEVER AGAIN . |
