| ast month, on an emergency need, we had my mom moved from her seniors residence into temporary storage. I spoke with Ken from my home in Ottawa, literally three days before the move was needed. Ken gave a rough quote. The team was on time, courteous and efficient. Our bill was over what I expected so I asked Ken. Continuing with the courteous, Ken looked into it, realized an error was made based on GPS and refunded the difference within hours. Everyone hears horror stories about movers. Well, here is one story that is a great experience, a great outcome, and a recommendation to any one who is looking for a mover. Thank you Ken and team. |
