| I called to get a quote, the man I was speaking to was very condescending, had very rude comments while we were trying to asses my apartment, made me feel stupid, told me not to lie to him etc. Then when I told him I had been talking to Hoyts, he yelled at me, started saying, why are you calling me then? You should just spend all your money. I told him I was just shopping around and that he was being very rude so I hung up on him. I felt verbally abused, I was shaking after the conversation. Terrible experience. I would not give them my business if that is the way they treat people. |
