| I just moved to Lloydminster from Ajax- and this is by far the best moving company I have ever encountered. U-haul ain't got nothing on them! Xavier helped me with the entire move, and he was absolutely delightful. Moving is a difficult process (we all know how hectic it can be), but these group of individuals, the staff, the vehicles they move you in, their flexibility with timing, their handling with my stuff (furniture, bags, even sensitive pieces like glass sculptures, etc), and their overall demeanor towards me and my moving left me in awe - because I've had some of my stuff break with previous moves, and Centennial made sure I was 100 percent satisfied.Thanks, you have gained a friend for life. And I believe this world is too small to live in one place for too long, and when I come back to Toronto - I will almost certainly use you again. Thank you. :) |

| DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have had many issues with Mulitcity Movers and it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody to get things resolved. Emails go unreturned and when I call the person who can help me is always "in a meeting". My items were picked up on May 12 and I was told it would take 7-10 days. It is now July 17th and I STILL have not received all of my items!! they keep adding ridiculous additional charges that were not included on my original quote, and they refuse to issue any refunds or help me out in any way. The items that have arrived are damaged, some irreperable, but they will not issue refunds for that either. This place is a total joke. DO NOT USE MULTICITY MOVERS. EVER!!! |
