| DO not use this company. Their quotes come in lower than other companies but you get what you pay for. The movers did not fully cover or protect the floors. When they packed up our furniture, they used packing materials that were EXTRA charges, but we were never advised. We were never given the right of refusal. They also marked every piece of furniture as scratched/marked/damage, even when they were new furniture & undamaged. We had no idea of this until they had loaded up the truck. We were then provided with a itemized list of our furniture indicating that all our furniture was damaged prior to them wrapping them up in blankets and taped up. The Sales Manager, Emma Oz was rude and unprofessional, I requested for an itemized invoice before paying and she would not send me one. She kept sending me emails reflecting a different amount, each time it was reduced but she never explained why. I had no idea if she had applied the deposit I had already paid, or what I had been charged for, I shipped 14,000 pounds but she never sent me the scale ticket to prove the weight. Long story short, we had to pay in advance of receiving our goods, otherwise we would be charged an additional storage fee. Do not use this company. A month after I paid, I still have not received a detailed invoice. They are have unethical business practices. They charges you extra when quoted you won't be. And the movers are dishonest. They use packing materials that cost extra without asking you. |
