Canada Boasts Three of the World's Most 'Liveable' Cities

Three Canadian cities -- Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary -- have ranked among the top ten best cities in the world based on the "liveability index."
This
global liveability ranking (of 140 cities) is determined by 30 factors, including safety, healthcare, education, infrastructure and environment.
Overall, liveability has dropped one percent worldwide with a 2.2 percent drop in stability and safety. Meaning that of the 140 cities studied, 57 have declined in liveability.
The most liveable cities include "mid-sized cities in wealthier countries with a relatively low population density."
