Canada's Top Public Markets (And a Few That Are Abroad)

As healthy and environmentally friendly living is becoming more popular, so is the demand for locally sourced and organically grown foods. Public markets are reaping the benefits while small producers can showcase their fruits, vegetables, meats, cheese and other products. People are starting to favor these markets, where they can see exactly where the food is coming from, over grocery store chains. The Toronto Sun has compiled a list of the best public markets in Canada and abroad.
