Others have reported seeing a young bellhop wandering the halls. And if you stay the night, you may hear some quiet knocks on your door and see the elevator doors open on their own.

2. Gibraltar Point Lighthouse (Toronto, ON)

The lighthouse was built in 1808 and was the scene of a mysterious death. The victim, J. P. Muller the first lighthouse keeper in 1815 is said to still be reporting for duty. The story goes that there was a blockhouse which held cannons and a group of soldiers who often visited the lighthouse keeper. It's been said that in January 1815 the soldier went to visit Muller and get beer, but he refused. Allegedly, the soldiers were angry and in a fit of mob mentality, murdered the lighthouse keeper and buried his body nearby. However, none of that has ever been confirmed.

3. St. Francis Xavier University (Antigonish, NS)

The university was built in 1853 in the heart of Nova Scotia and is one of Canada's most prestigious universities but, is home to a haunted love affair gone awry. Students have reported seeing "The Blue Nun" wandering the halls despite the fact that she leapt to her death from a balcony long ago. Allegedly, The Blue Nun was a member of the Notre Dame Sisters and jumped to her death after an inappropriate relationship with a priest. The priest, who was stricken with guilt followed suit and took his own life. The priest can be seen on a spiral staircase of Gilmora Hall watching students and faculty ascend and descend the staircase.
